Product Description
This three roller calender machine is designed for rubberizing and fractioning of textile material, rubberizing of wirecord fabric, sheet, and counter plate (embossed) of rubber material, separation of fabric and film, as well as joint of multi-layer laminate film.
Machine Design
The calender machine primarily consists of roller, rack, backplane, adjustment device, transmission system, roller temperature control device, security device, and lubricating device.

- The roller is made of chilled cast iron alloys, providing high hardness work surface that is wear-resistant and offers durable service life
- Steam, cooling water, and heat-conducting oil can pass into the rollers cavity, allowing adjustable working temperature to meet technical requirements
- Roll spacing can be adjusted both by manual or electric mode for precise control
- Roller bearings lubricating can utilize drier oil or dilute oil for optimal performance
Applications
The roll rubber calender machinery is primarily used for oppression of rubber products and textiles (including cotton, rayon, nylon, etc.). Precision calenders include additional installations to guarantee rolling precision. We offer three-roll, four-roll, and two-roll calender configurations to meet various production requirements. Two roll rubber calenders arrange materials according to specific forms and, under controlled temperature conditions, extend rubber or plastic to specific thicknesses and surface shape films.
